I did a web search and there is a service available for situations for this. The site says that they might be able to either give you tips on how to fix it yourself, or let you know how much it will cost for them to do it for you. Here's the link:

Does anyone know why if I open an MDB that was created in Access 97 in Access 2000, close it, then open it back up in Access 97 it appears that all records are gone? The MDB file size is still large (30MB), but it says there are 0 records.
