I looked at one of your threads yesterday and saw what you were doing. I think I have an easier way now. Just take and do the following:

COPY TO 'somefile.txt' FIELDS field1,field2,field3 TYPE CSV

This outputs the fields to a Comma Separated Value file and then this Text file can be used as the DataSource in word. It worked like a champ. I just finished doing Recall Letters for patients in my medical software this way.
