You will still have to find ACP in the registry and change it from 1252 to 1251, provided you have all the .nls files and provided your system fonts (.fon) files will provide the cyrilllic characters. You may want to save that part of the registry before changing anything. I've had problems on an NT server machine where a VFP app kept using 1252, and after trying several tricks I gave up - and three days later, probably after a few reboots, it started working in 1250 all by itself. I didn't have the time to investigate - that server took a whole hour to reboot.

The real question is "font of what". You can set the font for each window separately - the Command, Trace, .prg, method code etc; the trouble comes when you want it in textboxes in the forms or reports.

I've heard someone mentioned it a few weeks ago. I've actually never seen it, it's more something of a legend to me.
