The help files note that I must bypass the proxy server for my lcal machine, and that I need to change my IP Address everytime I want to use PWS or use my regular dial-up connection. But even after changing my IP Address, it does not operate properly. During install I did get an error message on one of the MTS components.

I use PWS on Win 95 and I do not even have a modem connection to the internet. I have no problems.
Perhaps your install? Also, did you get PWS from the Windows NT Option Pack?
