No wonder I couldnt find this... Visual Modeler doesnt let you specify a PTY file whatsoever. Rational Rose yes, but not Visual Modeler. And the MSVM.PTY default properties file doesn't even exist on my machine since I do not have Rational Rose. So I tried copying the VFP.PTY to the same common folder where VB.PTY and VC.PTY exist, thinking it might by some slim chance just use it once it found it... no such luck. And I'm not sure if this is related, but now that I copied the VFP.PTY over there, the Reverse Engineering Wizard dies a miserable death with an OLE IDispatch exception on the treeview in Step 3.
