Hi...I want to create a temporary table or cursor to accept data input and feed it into my master dbf. Why a temp table? Well, I have to make 3 or 4 calculations on just that data and I feel it will be much faster with a temp.
I can reuse a table and zap it. Not really! The cursor that comes along in vfp with every table stays open even when I close the dbf, giving me a message that '...is in use'.
How do I get my temp table completely closed so that I can zap it and immediately reopen it?
