How do you decide which clients to send the report to? If 1 is the President, 5 is all Vice Presidents, 100 is all managers and all is everyone, then you could have a combobox with Pres, VP's, Managers, All. Based on this selection, you could fill the left side of the mover (as long as your client table with 5500 records has some type of field for title or something to filter on). Then either move all to the right side of the mover or further limit the selection. The point is you would ONLY populate the mover with all 5500 if it was necessary. In most cases, the number may be far fewer. This also allows you to delay populating the mover box which will help your form load fater.
