>Thanks Erik. This is happening on a couple of different machines for me, so I would find it difficult to believe it's the Keyboard or anything like that. One machine has W95SP1 on it and the other is W98. Both have VFP5 & 6, and VFP5 works correctly, VFP6 does not.

Just so you know you're not alone -- we have some customers experiencing the same thing. We haven't been able to track it down to any specific OS -- it seems to be machine specific. And it only seems to happen in VFP. It is very confusing for users.
