I'm working on my first internet app. After the login page, the user must select an available phone number. The population of available phone numbers could be several thousand, so to improve performance I want to show 10 at a time, with a button to show the next group.

So I want a drop-down menu field on an HTML form, with a "Next" and "More" button. What are some recommended ways to accomplish knowing what the last max phone number is?

I'm using Web Connect also.
