VFP Grid is quite smarter than of VB. It is a container control which can hold different objects in a single column. You have the luxury to interchange these controls as you wish without much pain. In VB, the controls are arranged in a straight line form but in VFP it's in hierarchical tree form. I am not sure if it has something to do with that OOP issue between VB and VFP.
