I dunno. Here is the code:
cClientid="666890"  (numeric in SQL Server)
cProgram_id="006" (char in SQL Server)
cActnSK="{FF679-4394}" (varchar in SQL Server)
nGoodInsert=SQLEXEC(nCH3,"INSERT INTO action clientid,program_id,actnsk) VALUES 
(&cClientid,'&cProgram_ID','&cActnSK'")
nGoodCommit=SQLCOMMIT(nCH3)
Seems pretty clear cut to me.
