Very interesting Jeff. You might of been here instead of me 'cause I started little over a year ago :) It's true, the initial offer wasn't very "pleasing" but negotiation worked out pretty good for me. Also, I couldn't resist the "only 2 miles from my home" bonus. The people are really great here but I have to agree there's some "tightness" in some areas.
