Some things to check:

- The fonts have been installed on each workstation?
- Everyone is running in a high enough resolution (800x600 or whatever)
- In Display Properties, Font Size is not set to Large Fonts
Under Display Properties, Appearance, They aren't using some funky scheme that uses larger font sizes.
