BUT and thats a big
but, not installed. You have to do it and I've tried maybe 10 times. Still no PWS. I have to say I have not spent large amouts of time because I just do my HTML in Adobe and then FTP up to a real server and check out the ASP stuff. It would be nice for somethings to have it local but I've found several things IIS barfs on that PWS on local just lets slide. So I'll get back to it one of these days and get it going.
