>For what application. AFAIK, there's no generic "Fix everything for all known applications on the face of the earth" module available. There's definitely such an option for Office 2000, and there are similar options for IE in the IE setup. NT's install offers a similar set of services.

This is for the windows98 install. I thought that it was in the actual setup but I cannot find it now. It apparently looked for files from the origional instal and made sure they existed and were not corrupt. Unsure how newer versions were handled. I just needed to freshen the dll's and keyfiles in a 98 box.
