Changing the data in the chart stored in the general field seems the practical way to go - thanks.
.. And this way I can tailor the graph to look exactly as I want.

Only thing I know if you save a manually edited chart to a gen field you could just change data (thisform.GraphControl.Application.Object.DataSheet). Also changing the data should be in the code I sent before.
