i have a problem !!!

i run COPY TO MYFILE TYPE XLS to transfer a dbf to EXCEL format,
but i found that when my dbf with lager record (over 40,000 records)
the result of the EXCEL file will appear as below :

[ A ][ B ][ C ][ D ]
A40001 B40001 C40001 D40001
A40002 B40002 C40002 D40002
A40003 B40003 C40003 D40003
A40004 C40004 D40004 <--- the B4 is missing, and wrong location
A40005 B40005 C40005 D40005


another problem.....it can not transfer more then 65,536 records
(after 65536 record will disappear.
