That's easy. Check http://www.hentzenwerke.com/hwbooks/books.htm for the "...Developer's Guide" titles. While I've not seen Whil's current Guide, the "1997" one was very good. He says his book is about "The Other 90%" of the work involved in producing custom software applications. Good luck.
