A client is using a Savin 9920 printer. When that's the default, VFP selects the bypass tray as the default. Other apps (Word, etc.) select tray 1 as the default (the preferred tray). In order to print to this tray & this printer, they have to select the printer and tray each time they go to print. Once it's changed, VFP doesn't keep the new default. Has anyone else had this experience? I don't want to put code into the application for them because other clients use the same app.
