Jim, I agree...and should have explained a bit better. Consulting an intellectual property atty is the best thing to do. An explanation of the laws is important in understanding what you need to do. However, after my atty explained it to me, he told me that I could do the filing myself...and it is easy. Thanks for your clarification.
