From VFP, I need to be able to detect if the TCPIP stack has been loaded. If not, I need to call the dialup networking.

I know that the dialup networking will appear if we don't have the TCPIP stack loaded. But, this is not what the client asked. I need to be able to detect that and fire the dialup networking without having the dialup networking appearing asking the user to connect.

Any idea?
