If the Windows Script Host is installed on the system, the Vbscript.RegExp object can be instantiated and used. I've posted several simple examples showing how it canbe used within VFP. It's documented in the MSDN Libraru file VBSCRIP5.CHM, and is covered extensively in "Windows Script Hosat Programmer's Reference" and "VBScript5 Programmer's Reference" from Wrox Press.
