Thanks for your replies. My problem was caused by having to access the internet through AOL-- I "upgraded" to AOL 5.0 on a Windows 95 machine (since it doesn't work with NT!) and started all over again... With a little help from Steve at 800-636-7544, I got my password registered and was subsequently able to get into the MCP site.

I'm presently working from my "other" home in Summit County, Colorado. The trade-off for great views and skiing is that my internet access is less than optimal... I know that will generate a lot of sympathy from all my VFP friends.
