Two ways, Robert:

1 - Through FoxTools: RegFn() and CallFn() can get to 16-bit .DLLs; to get to a 32 bit .DLL, you need a wrapper to handle the 32 bit call.

2- Write an .FLL to do it, and let it make the DLL calls. I'd rather kiss a snake.
