I don't know about that, but the odds are very high that the OCX depends on the services of another file, probably a .DLL, present on the NT system but not on the Win9x system. Use the DEPENDS.EXE program to determine what other system files may be required for the OCX to function and go from there. If the OCX is from a third-party source, the documentation may soecify what the requirements are.
