I read a post of yours yesterday where you stated something to the effect of calling Sylvan. I don't know why I didn't think of this before, but it prompted me to call VUE. I had received my distributed exam results via mail, but not my desktop. Turns out they lost it :(, but the good news is I have my printout from after taking the test and they are now researching it. I'm not real happy about a lost test, but like I've said before, at least VUE has good customer service. A guy there is working on it, and emphasized that if he doesn't get back to me in 24 hours, to call him back. Very friendly, very apologetic about the problem, and very reassuring all will be taken care of.
