Larry, you indicate which items are to be "PM Items" in Step 6 (I think). There are check boxes and you indicate which directory the items go into. If you don't check an item to be in the "PM" no group is created.

When you have the Project open, select Project Info from the Project Menu. You can attach the icon through the Project tab's Icon...button. Note that the icon file must have both 32x32 and 16x16 icons embedded in it for the Windows Explorer to show something other than the Fox head icon.
