I forget the details, but it seems to me that the error is related to associating an icon to PM items in the Setup wizard. It may be something about a long pathname to the icon, or maybe long (more than 8 character) names in the path or file name.

Have you tried looking in Microsoft's knowledge base. I think that is where I saw this problem better explained.
