I have a view that has a field "cdesc" which is C (150). If I browse the view, and change the contents of this field, I get a syntax error if I try to leave the record. The only way out is to do a TABLEREVERT().

I can add a record and put something in that field with no problem. It only has a problem if I try to change what's already there.

Anyone seen anything like this?
