RegSvr32 Registering ctSchedule.ocx (also ctTabs.ocx,ctText.ocx)
on a machine in the office, gives Error

LoadLibrary ("C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ctSchedule.ocx") failed
GetLastError returns 0x0000001f

Any help would be appreciated
