>sounds to me like one of your *.scx file is corrupted. if i is, then try use *.scx on each of your forms and see which one it can open.
I HAVE ONE FORM HERE THAT WORKS FINE. iT'S WHEN I create a proj to put the form in as well as a couple of prgs, that this dumb error leaps at me.
