App slows down when moved from NT3.51 to NT 4.0 server

Hi Al,

As I was told, all the software and settings on the new server is exactly the same as on old one (cannot check that myself). I do not have any info (yet) about the performance of other programs, they just picked VFP one as it used a lot.
