The best advice I've gotten from others is to record a macro in MSWord and then use Words built-in VBA editor to view the code, and do some tinkering to figure how to translate the VBA code to VFP code. It is also useful to view other peoples code (if you can find any) to see both good and bad ideas when using Automation. Hope that'll help you.
