>>I just purchased Stonefield Reports and am eagerly anticipating being able to give my users the ability to print any grid. But I've encountered a problem. My grid contains a memo field. If I print this field on the report, it stretches the detail band to the height of the memo field. I don't want this, so I want to eliminate the memo field from the report. I moved the memo field over to the far right of the grid and expanded the other columns so there wouldn't be room for the memo field to print on the report. It doesn't print, but the detail band still stretches to accommodate it as if it were printing.

Hi all,
You are also able to add methods ( in sfcollection ) to remove some items ( like memo or non visible columns) in the columns collection.
There are also problems when you have to many non visible columns.
So I remove all unvisible column in the collection before printing .
