I got my vouchers from Sylvan along with my passing score sheet. I believe I remembering those big white envelopes saying that standard line about return to sender if recipient doesnt live here... not sure though since I ripped both envelopes to shreads trying to get the dang score sheet out.

So maybe if it got returned to sender, it's just a matter of a turn around? If not - the vouchers are date for Feb 2000, so you got plenty of time to RANT & get it set to rights.
