steve, i take it that your business is 'too new' to have a large customer base that has become resistant to change... believe me, in a couple of years (sooner the way m$ is changing the world of computing), you will realize the wisdom of my lament! i have customers who have been on basicly the same system since 1985... with only changes in more and faster hardware (op sys and apps have been very stable)...
