I dunno.. I have a good buddy who did some contract work there and he said that far more than once that one 'area' had no clue as to what another 'area' was doing. Perhaps it's gotten better in tha last few years but given that they (MS) were blindsided by the Internet I'm far more prone to think that that react better than they "pro"act.
