Maybe the 'A' session is renaming 'cover.pub' to '$cover.pub'. What happens when you start the 'B' session first. Also, maybe there is an OLE open that would work like:oMsPub=createobject('mspub.application'), or something like that would help the behavior. If you some open MSPUB cases, call microsoft and let us know what they say!
