The VB Inheritance may be a good thing for the industry. It will keep the hacks out of the business. There are too many people out there who can create pretty forms but don't know squat about programming. Leads to a lot of bad software being released. Could also finally give VFP credability. Once managers understand the advantages of OOP, they are going to be looking for people with OOP experience. Soon, people will be saying 'those VFP people have been doing OOP for a long time'
