You can use "Add Class"/"Remove Class" lookup help for more details but
the syntax looks like ...

ADD CLASS ClassName OF ClassLibraryName1 TO ClassLibraryName2
Then use
REMOVE CLASS ClassName OF ClassLibraryName1
