Yes, I'm using Win95 and I changed all the items you mentioned in the network configuration screens and reboot, yet still no NT server showing up.
By the way,we have this box called Instant Internet that we all access on the network to get to the internet. The setup for it requires it's own WINSOCK.DLL and so after I reconfigured my network settings to include TCP/IP Win95 overwrote the other WINSOCK.DLL and my Netscape quit working yesterday.
But anyway, all that has nothing to do with the fact that I can't find the NT server on the network.
