>Well, since it doesn't appear to be an isolated incindence, somebody must have solution! Anyone?
This problem has been around for a long time, it's not new. The only solution I've found is to make sure you run FPW first, before any other application, and then do not exit FPW. It seems like memory is somehow fragmented after the other apps run in some way that FPW can't start.
>>I'm getting the same. If I have IE5 open, FoxPro locks when trying to open. Sometimes completely screws my machine. Also the touchpad icon in the system tray is jammed as 'active' (laptop). It's a P2 366 running 2.6a patched. I thought it was just my machine messing up.

>>>Hi everyone.
>>>
>>>I've got a situation on several computers at one of my client's locations and on my computer in our office.
>>>
>>>If I try to run Foxpro 2.6 or a Foxpro 2.6 based application on any of these computers after having run IE 5 3 or 4 times, the system hangs immediately, and requires a reboot. All of the systems this occurs on are between 366 and 500 Mhz, and are using a "patched" patched version of Foxpro 2.6. I also have several computers at other locations including my pc at home which do not exhibit this problem. Has anybody run into this and found a solution?
