I am still pretty new to Visual FoxPro, but I have found when I have problems with an .exe finding a table, it is usually because I have forgotten to add the table to the form's data environment. You might want to check the data environment for the forms that are giving you problems and make sure that all the tables and views you are using have been added. That way, in the .exe the form will automatically open the necessary tables when it is run.
