Ken,

Is the issue of ownership clear? IOW, do you have a written agreement with the client specifying that they own the source code?

>I have a quandry on my hands. I have seen evidence that a former co-worker is using source code developed while we were working on a project.

>The code has been made generic but enough is intact including comments that the generic version was made via cut and paste. To me this proves that the former co-worker has the source code we were paid to develop for our client.

>What are my obligations here:

>1. Do I inform the source code owner as to my suspicians?
>2. Do I confront the former college(this is a college not a friend)?
>3. Do I sit quiet and keep my mouth shut?
>4. Do I discuss the problem with Jack Daniels?
