I am with you. Let's wait and see. Mine was just based on what I have read in the documents they've provided. If it is a full blown OOP, the only strength of VFP over VB that I can think of for now is its data-centricity.

With that said, leaving VB because of OOP is not a big issue. What I want to see and clarify is the hierarchy of objects in VB7 as compare to VFP. Today's VB version is still arranged in straight line form as opposed to VFP's hierarchical tree one which has something to do with containership.
