Not really. I don't get to play around too much with OLE Automation and MS Office since we're a Lotus shop. However, there is a help file (VBAWRD9.CHM for Word 2000 and a similar one for earlier versions) that comes with Office. This documents the PEMs associated with the Word.Application object.
