We have hundreds of clients using our program with no problems, but we have 3 have been getting this error randomly and at different spots of the program. All 3 are using networks with a 10/100 dual speed hub. This leads me to believe it's a network issue, but I have no idea what to tell them to change in order to fix this. They claim that our application is the only one that has problems.

Are there any known issues with VFP SP3 and 10/100 dual speed hubs?

What tests can I have them to perform on the network to narrow down the problem?

They can not duplicate this error every time, but after a period of time(1 hour or more) it will happen and kick them out of the system.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is happening on both Win95 and Win98 machines on networks.
