>I am looking to put a webpage up on our server that allows us and the viewer to make changes to the data being showed. It will look like a shared excel workbook but the only difference I would like web viewers to modify the workbook and not have to do a save as but instead what they modify and save will save right on the website. Does anyone know how I could go about doing this?

ASP, JavaScript, VBScript, ADO. Tools to do it. Backend database: SQL Server 7.0 is great due to Stored Procedures. Access if cost is an issue.

I can build this for you remotely if you need someone to do it.

I am working right now on an Intrnet that does what you say and more.

Let me know.
