Yep. That's exactly what I'm saying. The default for Stonefield was to set that property to true and when Stonefield is used to work with views it may cause them inherit the property. So we had to switch it off and fix all of our views.
I think it has to do with the fact that prior versions of FoxPro didn't have these type of view properties. The framework deals with that problem by understanding that a view had to interrogate the base table for default values and such. But the new version of the SDT accepts that the new database container does allow views to have these properties and has conveniently allowed you to inherit them from the base table.
Of course this can cause for some confusion if you use them both.
