I know it's my computer specifically because i have FTP'd the file to and from the computer, and the page numbers print fine everywhere else, and this is with every file. I tried creating it somewhere else and bringing onto my machine, or creating it on my machine and bringing it somewhere else, and it still does the same thing. No page number on my computer.

Check the margins setting, the page number is probably out of the printable area.
